After some considerable thought, we decided to gain the help from Deb Chapman from The Hr Mum. Having never enlisted the assistance of any HR companies before, we were “eyes wide open”.
Previous efforts to employ by ourselves, found us hiring the wrong people. Deb, was amazing. At 1st she interviewed us to ascertain what we required and was very in-depth about this. From that point on, we really didn’t do much at all. Deb, kept us informed on the applicants and suggested one in particular. We have not looked back, and never again would we try to employ ourselves.

Her help in screening the prospective employees, checking referrals, organising interview times and setting up contracts plus numerous items we hadn’t even thought of, was invaluable to our business. The process enabled us to continue on our daily routine, with no time wasted on phone calls, emails or appointments.
