The typical pricing structure of most agencies is Salary Package x % = fee.

The HR Mum will agree the final fee with you before we commence any work, based on exactly what you need us to do for you and the complexity of finding suitable candidates for your role. You do not pay that fee until you have hired your chosen candidate.
